1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vetri.my (“Platform”), operated by ZECTA AI HUB (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Vetri.my, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users including sellers, buyers, visitors, and anyone accessing the platform.

2. Platform Description

Vetri.my is a WhatsApp AI Marketplace platform that allows sellers to list products and services and allows buyers to contact sellers directly via WhatsApp.

Vetri.my:

  • Does NOT sell products directly
  • Does NOT handle payments
  • Does NOT act as agent, partner, or distributor
  • Does NOT guarantee any transaction

Vetri.my acts solely as a technology platform connecting users.

All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the platform legally
  • Not impersonate any person or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy of product and service listings
  • Pricing and product descriptions
  • Product quality
  • Delivery and fulfillment
  • Customer communication
  • Compliance with Malaysian laws

Sellers must not list:

  • Illegal products
  • Fraudulent services
  • Misleading or false information
  • Copyright-infringing content

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Verifying seller authenticity
  • Verifying product quality
  • Payment decisions
  • Transaction decisions

Vetri.my does not verify every seller or listing.

6. WhatsApp Communication Disclaimer

Vetri.my enables direct communication via WhatsApp.

We:

  • Do not control conversations
  • Do not guarantee responses
  • Do not guarantee transaction outcomes

WhatsApp is a third-party service. We are not responsible for WhatsApp service availability, security, or data handling.

7. No Transaction Liability

Vetri.my does NOT participate in transactions.

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Payment disputes
  • Fraud
  • Delivery failures
  • Product defects
  • Seller misconduct
  • Buyer misconduct

All risks are assumed by users.

8. Limitation of Liability (STRONG PROTECTION CLAUSE)

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, ZECTA AI HUB and Vetri.my shall NOT be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to the use of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

8.1 Direct Damages

  • Financial losses
  • Lost profits
  • Lost sales
  • Business interruption

8.2 Indirect Damages

  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of reputation
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of customers

8.3 Transaction-Related Damages

  • Fraud by sellers or buyers
  • Product defects
  • Failure to deliver goods
  • Misrepresentation by users
  • Payment disputes

8.4 Technical Damages

  • Platform downtime
  • Server outages
  • System errors
  • Software bugs
  • Data loss

8.5 Third-Party Damages

  • WhatsApp service issues
  • Third-party integrations
  • External websites
  • API providers

8.6 Consequential Damages

  • Emotional distress
  • Business losses
  • Loss due to reliance on platform information

Users agree that they use Vetri.my entirely at their own risk.

9. Maximum Liability Limit

If ZECTA AI HUB is found liable under any circumstances, the maximum total liability shall NOT exceed:

RM 100 (Malaysian Ringgit One Hundred)
OR
The amount paid by the user to Vetri.my in the last 3 months, whichever is lower.

10. No Warranty

Vetri.my is provided on an:

“AS IS”
“AS AVAILABLE”

basis without warranties of any kind.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Platform availability
  • Platform accuracy
  • Platform reliability
  • Platform security
  • Sales results
  • Customer enquiries

11. Indemnification (Very Important Legal Protection)

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZECTA AI HUB and Vetri.my from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

  • User misconduct
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Illegal product listings
  • Violation of laws
  • Violation of these Terms

Users are fully responsible for their own actions.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users:

  • Violate terms
  • Engage in fraud
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Harm platform integrity

We reserve full discretion.

13. Intellectual Property

All Vetri.my content including:

  • Logo
  • Platform design
  • Technology
  • Software
  • Branding

belongs exclusively to ZECTA AI HUB.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Modify platform
  • Suspend platform
  • Discontinue platform

without prior notice.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet failures
  • Government actions
  • War
  • Cyber attacks

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Malaysian courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Vetri.my constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

  • Any loss of money
  • Any fraud
  • Any product quality issues
  • Any damages caused by users

Users acknowledge that Vetri.my has no control over:

  • Seller actions
  • Buyer actions
  • Transaction outcomes

Users waive any legal claims against ZECTA AI HUB related to platform usage.
